Eurohotel

A proper 3* hotel, 15 min from Normandia bus station, 10 min from the University and the Bega riverside.

I would recommend paying in Lei, we paid in EUR and got a drastically worse exchange rate, so we lost ~25 EUR. Considering the price, it's an okay accommodation for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean and has parking spaces. Bed extremely uncomfortable.

Hard to find in the dark as it has no street number or ground level street signage. Excellent room with air conditioning, spotless linen, and competent and patient host. In spite of lugging ten bike bags of kit up eight flights of stairs we were content.

the location and price are good, 8 mins to old town by car, 25 mins by walking. 180 Lei per night during my stay. room are old, and a bit smell, could be the carpet, but okay. 24-hour reception service, which is very important. easy check in and out. and 18 mins by walking to the bus station.

The toilet was dirty and with per spots on it. The mattresses are old and do not support the back. We tested two rooms and were the same. At least they had decent morning food, but you can't eat the same thing more than 2 mornings in a row.
