Gymboland

I recently visited Gymboland at AFI Controceni mall with my family. We met Ms. Roxana there, she was very helpful and kind with the kids and solved our problem with the ticket machines, it was a good day.

Safety against kidnapping is zero. The book with all the kids names is on display on the counter, anyone can come and steal a child. They do not check you are actually the kid's parent when you go to pick them up. Anyone can pretend has a kid there. Also on the side there is a gate that communicates with the exterior, a very low gate, anyone can grab a kid there. You cannot relax when you leave your child there.

This place is terrible, because of the staff, I mean definition of rude and uneducated. These type of people are the reason why robots will substitute people at certain jobs. To top it off when is about children. Will never ever ever take my child here again. Will rather spend one hour on traffic and go somewhere else than to go here that's how TERRIBLE the experience was. Give it 1 start because I cant give them minus. I hope this mall will have a different playground because this one is bad!

The staff is very rude I don’t know why parents allow their kids in this kind of situation. They don’t even try to guide the kids to the playground if you want to enter they refuse when you insist they allow you only 10 minutes.

‼️‼️Staff : -behavior needs attention -qualifications working with young kids should be mandatory ‼️‼️Payment : -on many occasions only cash payments is required ( receipts not given , only if requested )
