This place has one of the most absurd, irrational, and frankly ridiculous systems I have ever seen in any kids’ activity center in any country! You divided the park into multiple separate zones, and each zone must be paid for independently. This means a child is locked into one single zone and is not allowed to move freely between areas. To even figure out which zone they like, you are forced to pay separately just to let them try it - essentially paying again and again just so the child can spend a few minutes testing whether they feel comfortable there. So in reality, parents are expected to pay around 200 lei just so their child can briefly try different zones and then finally choose ONE zone to stay in for one hour. How does this make any sense?! Why would you design such a system?! What is the logic behind isolating children into separate zones when all zones cost the same?! Why not simply allow free movement between zones during the paid hour, like every normal trampoline or activity park does?! Start the timer for one hour and let the child explore. Let them enjoy. Let them choose freely. Instead, you created a system that traps the child in a single area, even if they don’t like it, even if it’s too difficult, too scary, inappropriate for their age, height, or abilities. The result? The child may end up wasting the entire hour feeling uncomfortable, frustrated, or bored. And the parents lose their money. All of this simply because you refuse to allow basic flexibility. This is not normal! This is not customer-friendly! This is not child-friendly! I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. This is a uniquely terrible system. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, save your child’s nerves, and go somewhere that actually understands what fun and customer experience mean. You seriously need to rethink and redesign your entire access policy. Because right now, it’s a complete disaster!
