The palace was built between 1880-1890, by a wealthy merchant family from Ghioroc, whose name it took over. Baron Andrenyi founded a ferrous products store in Arad in 1936, called "The Golden Horse Tesla" In 1948, the building became the Pioneers' Palace, and from 1990 it will house the Children's Palace
