I recently went to Terraland and, unfortunately, the experience was not up to expectations. The space is an interesting idea, but the organization leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest disappointment was the staff. The interaction was cold and lacking in involvement. To the questions we asked, we received short answers without much interest, and at times we had the impression that we were disturbing. I believe that in such a space, the attitude of the staff makes the difference. Overall, the experience was not a pleasant one and I think more attention needs to be paid to the way customers are treated.

The employees at Terra Land are irresponsible, My child went on the zip line and fell, is that a problem? The employees didn't tell my child if he falls again they will take him out. There's one more thing, they don't let children older than 4 years old on that cube thing, the worst experience

I had an unpleasant experience with the way they handle reservations. I received clear confirmation for a specific date and time, and when I went to pay the deposit, the same time was already taken for another party. What bothered me the most was not just the initial confusion, but the fact that after the mistake was theirs, they did not offer a real and responsible solution. The only "option" was to reschedule everything myself, even though the invitations had already been sent. I think a place like this should take responsibility for their own mistakes and come up with solutions, not shift all the consequences onto the customer.
